【新創公司需要做公關嗎?】
「當然要!但在做之前,要先搞清楚公關的本質、你的對象和你想達到的目的。」91APP 公關經理 Jill 分享自己多年的經驗給大家。

1. 「公關」、「行消」、「廣告」有什麼不一樣?

可以將「公關」用 「公共關係」 來理解。對於一個「個人」來說,每個人在社會中都有所謂的「人際關係」;對於「公司」而言亦然,一家公司在市場上營運,勢必接觸各種「利益關係人」,例如消費者、客戶、投資人、供應商、媒體、公部門、員工等,如何在接觸時,從留下好印象,到能有良好互動,甚至合作,皆攸關「公共關係」經營。相較於「廣告」比較算是一對一的單方傳遞資訊、有明確的目的,「行銷」則是多方導向,整合動員,行銷的手段可能包含廣告和公關。

2. 怎麼樣衡量「好公關」?
在啟動你的公關計劃前,可先思考你的利益關係人和目標為何?你希望如何加深與他們的連結與互動?你希望他們能為你帶來些什麼?未必要用「媒體曝光篇幅」或者「活動出席率」等來衡量公關的 KPI。例如,電商平台公司想和上架的廠商培養好的關係,那衡量的標準可能包含對公司的評價、互動頻率、推薦其他同業的數量、社團內的討論度等等。

3. 遇到公關危機議題怎麼辦?
釐清真相,整合資訊 > 掌握利益關係人 > 權衡溝通與解決方案:當事件一發生,必須設法了解掌握事件來龍去脈與影響範圍,洞悉問題根源,整合資訊,並成立危機處理小組,將相關人員安排進場協作,如此才能掌控局勢。更要知道不同利益關係人的心態與立場,盡可能蒐集相關資訊與情報,以利評估如何進一步溝通說明。此時同理心很重要,必須站在此事件中利益關係人的立場,將會有何衝擊與反應,再去思考、沙盤推演怎麼樣在雙方槓桿中取得解決之道,並得以順利溝通說明,獲得諒解。

4. 從 0 到 1 階段需不需要公關?
建議你釐清現階段及未來 3 到 5 個月的公司目標,再決定需在公共關係上投入哪些工作項目。公關須做,但畢竟團隊規模較小,資源未必充足,因此需排出「優先順序」。善用好關係推動各項計畫,也就是所謂的「借勢」,順水推舟,也能有機會讓你的產品服務及公司,開始有口碑、有能見度。更重要的是要隨時檢視適用性,優化走出自己的一條路。
